Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Front-end Localization Engineer to join our UI engineering team and deliver high-quality, localized experiences across our SaaS platform.

You will blend front-end expertise with localization engineering to build scalable interfaces while embedding internationalization from the start, collaborating with Design, Localization, and Engineering teams. Hybrid option in Austin, TX; competitive compensation and training await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end or software engineering roles.
• 2+ years working with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Localization engineering experience including internationalization, localization, adaptive UI, and responsive design principles.
• You are bilingual, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience building component-based, reusable UI components, using design systems and tools such as Figma and Storybook or other s.
• Working knowledge of Python, including basic automation scripting or development workflows.
• Experience with localization-related workflows, including CAT tools.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and an understanding of how and why to write effective test cases.
• Strong collaborator who can bridge diverse teams across cultures and facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
• Highly self-sufficient and proactive, comfortable independently managing projects from start to finish.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Front-end & Localization Engineering: design, implement, and maintain scalable internationalized UI solutions within the React codebase.
• UI Localization Implementation & QA: extract strings, coordinate translations, validate builds across languages.
• Cross-functional Localization Ownership: act as a bridge between Front-end, Localization, Design and stakeholders.
• Other Duties as needed.
