Job summary

Mullins Mechanical & Welding, Llc is seeking a Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating field teams and interfacing with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in fire protection, NICET Level II+ or higher in Water-Based Systems, and PM certifications. Travel to job sites and occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fire protection industry with sprinkler focus.
• Proven project management experience in service environments.
• NICET Level II+ in Water-Based Systems preferred; PM certs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fire protection projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and track progress and performance.
• Ensure NFPA code compliance and AHJ regulations.
