Job summary

Charles Schwab Careers is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Noblesville, Indiana. You will answer inbound calls, guide clients toward their goals, and deliver personalized support with clear, empathetic communication.

You'll undergo paid training in the Schwab Service Academy to earn SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, building a long-term career in financial services. Initially on-site, with later shift options including evenings and weekends where eligible.
