You will receive paid training in the Schwab Service Academy and work toward earning SIE and FINRA licenses, enabling a meaningful career in financial services.

Starting pay is $52,900 during training, with a potential to reach $61,700 in the first year, plus a 10% annual bonus and additional earnings for certain shifts.
