Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Services Representative in the Fishers, IN area. You will be the trusted voice delivering personalized support via inbound calls, guiding clients toward their financial goals with clear, empathetic communication.

Training is provided through Schwab Service Academy, with licensing (SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63) earned during the program. Post-training, certain shifts offer remote options, while in-person work remains part of our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude for guiding clients to goals.
• Clear and empathetic communication with clients.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and grow.
• Problem-solving with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to understand client needs and respond with care.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in every interaction.
• Collaborative work within a supportive team.
• Willingness to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm during training onsite, then flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide personalized support.
• Guide clients toward goals with proactive education.
• Build trust through clear, empathetic communication and thoughtful solutions.
• Complete required licensing after training (SIE and FINRA 7 & 63).
• Support clients and colleagues as part of Schwab’s service culture.
• Adapt to shift options post-training, including remote work for eligible shifts.
