Job summary

Roterra Piling is seeking an Operations Manager to establish and grow U.S. field operations from our Sealy, Texas office. You will build a field installation team while leveraging corporate support from Canada, and you will lead projects safely and efficiently.

The role combines foundations industry expertise with strong leadership and business insight, offering autonomy to shape U.S. operations from the ground up. Travel is anticipated as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil construction with piling experience.
• 5+ years in a project management role.
• 5+ years leading a team of 20+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and site activities.
• Guide field staff with project administration and documentation.
• Monitor performance and address issues.
• Coordinate full lifecycle of projects from estimating through turnover.
