Job summary

Workover Solutions is seeking a Field Engineering Intern to support field operations with oil and gas clients. You will work a regular M-F 8am-5pm schedule with occasional evenings and weekends, shadowing WOS specialists to gain hands-on experience in field operations, desktop modeling, and data analysis.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a petroleum engineering program, can learn quickly, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in engineering program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to learn new skills and execute with high attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
• Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn computer-based tasks in support of WOS field operations, including pre-well modeling and post-job performance analysis.
• Work a regular office schedule during core hours (M-F 8am-5pm) with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Promote a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations.
• Contribute to a multifaceted team of office, shop, field, and research personnel to deliver superior service quality.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and offer solutions.
