• Demonstrated leadership of advocacy initiatives, coalitions, or policy programs.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities for policy materials and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal advocacy strategy, coalition engagement, and legislative analysis.
• Develop and communicate strategic policy positions to Congress and agencies.
• Educate Members of Congress, staff, and partners on AAMC priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across policy, communications, and research.
• Monitor legislative developments and provide rapid guidance during time-sensitive issues.
