Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Specialist to support online product listings and customer experience across ecommerce platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and marketplace partners to post products and optimize listings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, content enhancement, and timely order entry in a web-based ERP system, with opportunities for professional growth and remote work up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills; must be able to accurately perform order entry tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of and experience with distribution & ecommerce sales.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Post products on company and partner sites; collaborate with internal teams and internet/marketplace partners.
• Perform ongoing item maintenance and content enhancement across ecommerce sites; improve listings with better images.
• Maintain EDI and/or customer portals on major national ecommerce sites.
• Review and process order entry tasks in the web-based ERP system.
• Collect and maintain product data; report on active listings.
• Assist in researching ecommerce sales opportunities and pricing insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service for product and order inquiries and returns.
• Monitor customer feedback and service data; support sales performance analysis.
