Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an Associate Director of Agreements to lead negotiation, drafting, and management of a broad portfolio of research and technology transfer agreements. The role collaborates with investigators, legal counsel, and external partners to advance scientific and business objectives.

The position supports intellectual property management, engages industry partners, and helps improve agreement processes and templates within the TDIE team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for research, technology transfer, IP, and industry engagement agreements.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad range of agreements including MTAs, DTAs, CDAs/NDAs, collaboration and consulting agreements.
• Collaborate with investigators, legal counsel, and external partners to support research, IP protection, compliance, and commercialization.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage licensing opportunities related to IP and support technology marketing efforts.
• Monitor executed agreements for compliance with obligations, milestones, and financial terms.
