Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or business required.
• Advanced (Master's or JD) degree in scientific discipline, law, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for research, technology transfer, IP, and industry engagement agreements.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad range of agreements including MTAs, DTAs, CDAs/NDAs, collaboration and consulting agreements.
• Collaborate with investigators, legal counsel, and external partners to ensure agreements support research, IP protection, compliance, and commercialization.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage commercialization opportunities related to IP, including partner outreach and market analyses.
• Monitor compliance and administer executed agreements, including milestones and financial terms.
• Support IP management activities with inventors, patent counsel, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on IP matters and agreement processes to investigators and research personnel.
