Munters Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Center Technology operations in Virginia and Texas. The incumbent will be stationed at the Daleville, VA facility and report to the Engineer Manager for Systems Integration & Controls.

This role supervises Direct Reports in VA and a team in Selma, TX, plus remote staff. Responsibilities include leading Senior Controls Technicians, coordinating RFEs and retrofits, and advancing DC control strategies, standards, and networking

Responsibilities

• Manage Senior Controls Technicians and ensure training and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Engineering Groups to fulfill RFEs, retrofits, ISTs, and ADC databases.
• Train staff on Munters Data Center Equipment and latest practices with Production & R&D.
