Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar admission (additional jurisdictions a plus).
• 3+ years in insurance coverage or complex litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and advocacy materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions, handle written discovery, and manage motion practice.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and cross-office teams while mentoring junior staff.
