The role requires 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, plus an active P&C license and insurance knowledge.

The position involves managing client relationships, handling policy administration, and ensuring timely, accurate service deliverables while aligning with company policies and compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service and support account retention.
• Coordinate policy administration activities and renewal submissions.
