Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service and enforce renewal timelines.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and service deliverables.
• Support renewal marketing, submissions, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of agency management systems and carrier platforms.
