Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to deliver exceptional client service, manage renewals, and coordinate policy administration for a growing book of business. The role requires 3+ years of account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active license, and strong knowledge of brokerage operations.

CIC or similar designation is preferred, with opportunities across account management levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
