The role includes internal property evaluations and market research of comparable sales and leases. The position follows a standard Mon–Fri schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with in-office work at the Park East office; after 90 days, remote options on Tue/Thu provide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Preferably hold a Certified General Appraiser License.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Select and engage qualified real estate appraisers.
• Conduct thorough appraisal reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to internal and regulatory appraisal standards.
