You will review appraisals, engage qualified real estate appraisers, and ensure compliance with standards while performing market research on comparable sales and leases.

The role follows a standard M-F 8-5 schedule at the Park East office, with remote work on Tue/Thu after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
• Preference for Certified General Appraiser License.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to interpret property data.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and engagement of qualified real estate appraisers.
• Conduct thorough appraisal reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory appraisal standards.
• Perform internal real estate evaluations with market research of comps.
