Job summary

WCF Insurance seeks a Claims Compliance Strategy Specialist to advise on compliance within the claims organization. You will monitor regulatory requirements, assess impacts, and coordinate with IT and business partners on implementations.

The role focuses on reducing risk and ensuring adherence across regulatory, reporting, and operational standards. The position supports collaboration across offices and may require travel to Sandy, UT, and other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of insurance industry claims designation(s).
• Minimum five years of commercial insurance experience, with at least two in compliance or regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, state laws, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accuracy and changes related to regulatory requirements for claims.
• Analyze commercial claim laws and regulations affecting policies and practices.
• Identify risks, assist IT projects, and implement changes with cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory audits, DOI, and market conduct exams.
