Job summary

Eagle Brook Church seeks a Media Content Creator to produce and edit video and photography for social media, digital platforms and weekend services. You will manage projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with Communications and Digital teams and ministry partners to align with church initiatives.

Required skills include expert editing and lighting, experience with Sony FX3, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. Remote work may be possible one day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert editing and audio skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficient in shooting (Sony FX3).
• Proficient in lighting using professional LED video lighting.

Responsibilities

• Produces, shoots and edits engaging video and photography content for Eagle Brook Church’s social media and digital platforms, weekend services and other ministry partners.
• Collaborates with partner teams to identify opportunities for media integration that support communication goals and engage targeted audiences.
• Captures and creates timely, high-quality content during weekend services and events to support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Oversees projects through all stages of production—pre-production, shooting and post-production—maintaining an efficient schedule.
• Continuously researches and applies creative trends, techniques and best practices in cameras, gear, editing software and social media strategies.
