Job summary

Shepherd Church is seeking a Content Creator & Photographer to capture our story through photos and video. You’ll film services and events, edit content, manage projects in Asana, and help bring our ministry to life.

Responsibilities include filming, editing, gear management, and collaborating with the Content Director to deliver high-quality content on schedule. Weekend availability is required, with a full-time schedule. Join a mission-driven team shaping our community’s narrative.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in photography, videography, or content production.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects optional).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio for photo/video shoots.

Content Creator & Photographer – Are you passionate about creating content that inspires and connects our church community? Shepherd Church is looking for a creative Content Creator & Photographer to capture our story through photos and video. You’ll film services and events, edit content, manage projects, and help bring our ministry to life.

• Film and photograph key moments, then edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Manage projects, schedules, and deadlines in Asana; collaborate with the Content Director to deliver high-quality content.
• Handle gear, setups, and production for shoots.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects optional).
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio for both photo and video shoots.
• Experience with content management and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Ability to edit and deliver polished content on deadlines.
• Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.

Full-Time, Non Exempt

• Tue–Fri: 8:30–5:00
• Sat: 4:30–7:30
• Sun: 8:00–1:00
