Job summary

On-site orientation is required with potential for some on-site training while remote work may be discussed. Qualifications include a high school diploma, with an Associate's preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in call centers or information/referral services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, texts, and emails to provide information and referrals.
