USAC is seeking an Assistant Program Analyst to support the Schools and Libraries program. You will analyze eligibility, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with federal rules, while coordinating with multiple teams and preparing stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, processing requests, and contributing to a mission that expands broadband access and digital inclusion across the nation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Two years of relevant professional experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Analyze program data and eligibility to support core USAC programs.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate program requirements and priorities.
• Prepare communications to stakeholders and track issue resolution.
• Support data gathering, reporting, and analysis for service requests and program measures.
