Job summary

Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) seeks an Assistant Program Analyst to support the Schools and Libraries program. The role focuses on analyzing data, ensuring program compliance, and improving processes within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Program Management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare stakeholder communications, and help drive continuous program improvements, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of related professional experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Minimum of one year of directly related professional experience required.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support one of USAC’s four core programs by identifying process improvements and ensuring compliance.
• Assess business processes to improve day-to-day operations and efficiency.
• Develop and review internal program procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Perform test work to ensure entities comply with federal rules and regulations.
• Access data to make programmatic decisions, identify trends, and manage work queue/volumes.
• Prepare communications for internal and external stakeholders and track issue resolution.
