HireTalent is seeking an engineer to design, develop, and validate air intake systems for IC engines and hybrids. You will coordinate CAD, CAE, prototyping, and testing, and document results to meet vehicle program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
• Some domestic and international travel (US/Canada/Mexico).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate air intake components and systems across vehicle programs.
• Coordinate CAD, CAE, prototyping, and testing activities; document results.
• Support sourcing activities and track supplier progress to milestones.
• Provide on-site support at engine/vehicle assembly plants as needed.
• Assist with quality concerns, validation, and cost reduction initiatives after launch.
