Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in adult basic or literacy education, including one year in an administrative capacity; and a bachelor’s degree.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes one year of administrative experience in adult basic or literacy education.

Responsibilities

• Program Monitoring: Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure programmatic and fiscal compliance with state and federal standards.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to determine impact of services on adults.
• Technical Assistance: Provide guidance to programs on compliance and responsiveness to community needs.
• Report Preparation: Write monitoring reports, track corrective action plans, and make recommendations.
• Grant Support: Assist with planning and conducting annual competitive and renewal grant processes.
• Resource Development: Develop and revise guidelines, policies, documents, tools, and resources.
