Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advising, counseling, adult education, or teaching preferred.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and active students in the College's Adult Development and Literacy Education programs to assess instructional needs and select appropriate classes.
• Advise students in face-to-face and online environments; use advising tools and complete paperwork.
• Assist with marketing and recruitment efforts of the adult literacy program.
• Work on campus with hours determined by the supervisor; schedule varies by department needs.
