Job summary

Jellyfish Group seeks an Account Director to drive client success, profitability, and high-performance team culture. You will act as a strategic advisor, align Jellyfish’s solutions with client objectives, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Good commercial knowledge to optimise profitability and outputs.
Experience in participating in new business and growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across internal teams and clients.
Technical expertise in paid media with understanding Jellyfish offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead paid media accounts and align with creative, content and earned media to deliver client outcomes.
Ensure best-in-class delivery, accuracy, and bespoke client solutions.
Oversee budgets, billing sheets, and accruals.
Drive cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated client-centric solutions.
Lead QBRs and support client growth plans.
Mentor client operations and ensure operational excellence.
