Residential Elevators in the United States is seeking a Qualified Elevator Inspector to oversee all elevator inspections in the Baltimore, MD and Northern Virginia areas. This role requires CET Elevator Mechanic License or QEI certification, or completion of NEEIP program, and strong electrical and schematic reading skills.

The position is 100% remote as a road-warrior role with occasional overnight travel; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have CET, MD Elevator Mechanic License, or NEEIP completion.
• Electrical skills and ability to read schematics.
• Willing to work long hours; occasional overnight travel.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working at heights.
