The educator will monitor progress via Stride K12 LMS, guide learning coaches, and collaborate with a team to tailor instruction. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license are required for this role.
• Experience using online learning platforms and assisting adults/children with technology is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Augments course content using asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from principal and coach.
• Maintains grade book, tracks student progress, and alerts admins to concerns.
• Supports learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and basic tech troubleshooting in a virtual classroom.
• Travels approximately 20% for face-to-face professional development, testing, and school events.
