Job summary

Gordian is seeking a Facilities Assessor – Electrical (Remote) to perform condition assessments of electrical systems across diverse facilities. You will review client documents, conduct visual inspections, and document findings using on-site tablets and Gordian tools.

You will travel nationally (up to 50%), develop replacement cost estimates, and collaborate with client facilities teams to support asset management and capital planning. Strong communication and cost-data experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility assessment or related fields.
• Experience with RSMeans or other construction cost data helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review client documents and inspect electrical systems on site.
• Develop cost estimates for replacement or corrective works.
• Document findings in Gordian's asset management and planning tools.
