Gordian is seeking a Facilities Assessor – Electrical with remote work options to evaluate electrical systems across a variety of facilities. The role involves on-site and travel to assess, document, and estimate replacement costs using RSMeans data and Gordian software.

You will collaborate with Facility staff, review documentation, and ensure accurate, deliverable findings while maintaining high QA standards. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Requires degree in architectural/electrical/mechanical engineering or facility/construction management.
• Minimum 5 years in facility assessment/inspection or related fields.
• Knowledge of building codes/standards for existing buildings and lifecycle analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Review client documentation during preparation and inspection stages.
• Conduct visual inspections of electrical systems and components.
• Interact with client facilities staff to learn operations and needs.
• Document findings on-site using tablets and mobile collection software.
• Develop cost estimates for replacements or corrective actions.
• Document findings in Gordian’s asset management software and ensure QA.
• Support inquiries with guidance on assessment conclusions.
• Prepare findings reports and presentations.
