Job summary

Wilson Engineers, LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role offers a remote option with the same responsibilities and growth opportunities as in-office work.

Responsibilities include designing LV/MV power systems, performing essential calculations, and producing EI&C drawings in AutoCAD for Water/Wastewater projects. A PE license is preferred in Arizona; 3+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years electrical/industrial controls experience in Water/Wastewater.
• Experience producing EI&C contract drawings in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E; able to read P&IDs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• This position can be remote.

Responsibilities

• Design low/medium voltage power distribution systems; create SLDs, panel/lighting plans.
• Perform calculations: load summaries, breaker sizing, conduit sizing, voltage drop, fault current.
• Prepare EI&C drawings in AutoCAD and review drawings for accuracy.
• Lead and review power system studies and arc flash analyses.
• Read P&IDs and assist in field start-up and commissioning.
