Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s/PhD or 4+ years professional experience.
Solid design or analysis experience in EE.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with SPICE or MATLAB.
Excellent written English; reliable and detail-oriented; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Design realistic electrical engineering problems with complete reference answers.
Write grading rubrics that separate professional judgment from textbook recall.
Evaluate AI-generated calculations, designs and specifications head-to-head and explain which is better and why.
Review problems and answers across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, control systems and RF.
Check answers against relevant standards and codes where applicable.
Document errors in model reasoning and propose improved responses.
Follow project guidelines, participate in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback.
