Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical/electronics engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong command of circuit analysis, design tradeoffs, and component/system decisions.
• Ability to explain why an engineering answer is incorrect, not just that it is.
• Comfort using AI tools or willing to learn them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic electrical/electronics problems based on professional practice.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and compare outputs to standards.
• Compare model versions using identical prompts and evaluate performance.
• Critique model-generated derivations and calculations, documenting reasoning.
• Identify and document specific failures such as sign errors, unphysical results, or fabricated datasheet values.
• Contribute expertise across analog, RF, mixed-signal, electromagnetics, and related areas.
