The position requires a Bachelor's in Education with 5+ years in education and strong ELA knowledge. Remote work is combined with periodic in-person testing events and statewide coordination.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in education with ELA expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ELA standards, curriculum, pacing, and assessment.
• Experience developing or monitoring curriculum maps and pacing guides.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ELA teachers in grades 3–10 with standards-aligned curriculum implementation.
• Monitor pacing to ensure standards are taught within timelines.
• Track which standards have been taught, assessed, and mastered.
• Assist teachers in unpacking ELA standards and prerequisites.
• Review curriculum maps and pacing guides for alignment.
• Analyze student achievement data to identify gaps and priorities.
• Collaborate to adjust pacing based on performance and mastery.
• Maintain documentation on pacing, coverage, and needs.
