Saint-Gobain is seeking an EHS Training and Program Development Lead in the Malvern, PA area to drive North American EHS training, communications, and program development across EHS functions. You will design and implement training strategies, oversee onboarding for EHS professionals and site leaders, coordinate regional events, and manage e-learning content across BOOST, Skyline NA, and other channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Education, Public Health, Health Education, Communications or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials across North America.
• Develop an annual training strategy and calendar aligned with the regional EHS plan and ISA findings.
• Develop standardized EHS onboarding for EHS professionals, site and general management, and other employees.
• Coordinate regional training events and partner with EHS teams on training initiatives.
• Evaluate third-party learning systems and content and connect sites with resources.
• Administer EHS training in BOOST and manage related e-learning content.
• Develop clear EHS messaging and maintain SharePoint, Viva Engage, and related channels for updates.
• Promote EHS training through Skyline NA and BOOST; support EHS Day and other events.
• Monitor regulatory updates and incidents; communicate updates and lessons learned.
• Serve as EHS coordinator for the regional sales organization and coordinate ISA program and auditor training.
• Recruit and manage the regional EHS intern and onboarding activities.
