Job summary

Otis Elevator Company seeks an EHS Specialist to advance EH&S culture and competency across Otis WHQ operations. You will work with regional teams and global field learning to develop training materials and support safety program rollout.

The role requires 3+ years of EH&S experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in field environments. The salary range is $100,000–$110,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EH&S experience or 5 years of elevator technical field experience.
• EH&S in a field service/operations environment is preferred.
• Broad understanding of EH&S in a service environment.
• Knowledge of EH&S Management Systems and related policies.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in field operations environment and navigate construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and third parties to develop/update training materials and conduct on-site visits.
• Develop core curriculum content per Otis policy.
• Coordinate with regions to tailor training for cultural approaches.
• Support change management; ensure training reflects global EHS changes.
• Monitor CAPs and ensure timely closure in Otis system.
• Collaborate with global training, technical and EHS teams on best practices.
• Provide access to global training content with Workday coordination.
• Test new material to ensure proper functioning and applicability.
