Job summary

US Neuro LLC is seeking an EEG Technologist to perform diagnostic and long-term EEG studies across diverse care settings, including in-home, on-site, inpatient, and remote monitoring. You will acquire, calibrate, and maintain EEG equipment while ensuring patient safety and accurate data collection.

Candidates should have completed EEG training and be able to apply their skills independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Completed EEG training and ready to apply skills independently.
• Experience with performing diagnostic and long-term EEG studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, long-term, in-home, on-site, inpatient, and remote EEG studies.
• Obtain and document relevant patient medical history.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot EEG equipment.
• Apply and remove EEG electrodes using the 10-20 system and perform impedance testing.
• Conduct activation procedures (hyperventilation, photic stimulation, sleep).
• Recognize and document abnormal EEG activity for physician review.
• Maintain accurate documentation of waveforms, clinical events, and patient data.
• Prepare preliminary findings for interpreting physicians.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and universal precautions.
• Travel between clinics, patient homes, hospitals, and remote monitoring locations.
