Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor EEG studies in progress, ensuring data and equipment integrity.
• Comply with all established procedures, including communication and technical procedures.
• Communicate with patient and EEG Technician to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Escalate issues to management when appropriate.
• Effectively manage high patient volumes and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Document and chart patient situations such as terminations or extensions of EEG tests in progress.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Company Confidentiality and Code of Conduct.
