Great Minds is seeking a remote-based Success Coach to join the Implementation Services team. You will support adoption and effective implementation of Eureka Math, Eureka Math2, Wit & Wisdom, and related curricula across Midwest region schools.

The role blends PD facilitation and coaching, with up to 80% on-site work in schools. Requires 3+ years teaching or coaching, at least 1 year of delivering PD, and experience with Great Minds curricula.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience.
• At least 1 year delivering high-quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and Eureka Math2.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience as campus instructional leader or coach.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coaching and PD to assigned schools.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
• Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% in schools.
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics.
• Document insights about implementation to leadership.
