Job summary

Kodland is seeking a driven sales professional to lead online demo lessons for children and their parents. You will present the learning format, help families pick courses, and convert interest into enrollments from warm leads.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, high English proficiency, and can work via Zoom/Google Meet in afternoons/evenings plus one weekend day, around 25 hours weekly. Global remote team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasive skills, ideally with experience in sales or educational consulting.
• Advanced level of English — confident speaking with both parents and students.
• Ability to work via Zoom or Google Meet in the afternoon/evening hours, including one weekend day, ~25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging online demo lessons (50 minutes) for children aged 5–17 and their parents — warm leads, no cold calls.
• Present Kodland’s learning format, help families choose the right course, and convert interest into enrollments.
• Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start their learning journey with us.
