Job summary

WhyMaker, LLC is seeking an Education Project Manager to own the day-to-day management and successful delivery of multiple client projects. You will guide projects from kickoff through final delivery, maintain timelines in Monday.com, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts while communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct client-facing experience.
• Comfortable coordinating across internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Experience with Monday.com (or comparable project management software) preferred.
• Education or curriculum development experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage active client projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and update Monday.com boards with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping accurate and visible records.
• Coordinate workshop logistics and project schedules across internal team members, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor project progress daily and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and recurring project status meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
• Provide clients with regular project status updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate client reviews, collect feedback, and manage revision cycles.
