Qualifications

• Extensive experience as instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator in K-12, higher education, or edtech.
• Proven track record designing, evaluating, or delivering tutoring, quizzes, formative assessments, or interactive educational media.
• Ability to judge academic correctness and learner suitability of activities.
• Experience developing rubrics and outcome measurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine interactive learning materials for accuracy, pedagogy, and learner engagement.
• Analyze learning interactions to measure durable understanding rather than rote learning.
• Apply and improve rubrics, grading criteria, and outcome tools for high-quality learner evaluation.
• Provide expert feedback on educational content ensuring rigour and accessibility.
• Develop and review visual and multimodal instructional resources to aid comprehension.
• Document observations and recommendations with clear, precise communication for collaboration.
• Contribute insights to enhance AI-driven educational tools using learning design experience.
