Job summary

Remolity, Inc. is seeking an Education Practitioner – Learning & Assessment Specialists to contribute expertise toward an innovative education project that trains next-generation AI systems.

You will apply domain knowledge to ensure high-quality inputs for model learning, reasoning, and performance, without requiring prior AI experience. In this role you will refine learning materials, evaluate assessments, and provide precise feedback to maintain academic rigor across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or delivering formative assessments or tutoring content.
• Ability to judge academic correctness and learner suitability.
• Experience developing rubrics and measurement strategies.
• Experience creating multimodal learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Availability aligned to US Pacific Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine interactive learning materials, including quizzes, formative assessments, and tutoring content for accuracy, pedagogy, and learner engagement.
• Analyze learning interactions to determine effectiveness in building durable understanding rather than rote answers.
• Apply and enhance assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and outcome measurement tools to ensure high standards of learner evaluation.
• Provide expert feedback on educational content, ensuring academic rigor and alignment with learning objectives.
• Develop, review, or iterate on visual and multimodal instructional resources to enhance comprehension and retention.
• Document observations and recommendations with clarity and precision for effective collaboration.
• Contribute insights to improve AI-driven educational tools and resources.
