Job summary

Safal Partners is seeking a collaborative Review Specialist to support the K-12 Education practice across multiple workstreams. You will assist Review Leads with standards alignment, quality and suitability reviews, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.

When not in active reviews, you’ll contribute to reviewer recruitment, training development, and publisher submission review. This is a full-time, remote position within the United States education project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional materials review or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of instructional coaching experience with adults.
• Familiarity with state academic standards and K-12 curriculum preferred.
• Experience reviewing applications, scoring tasks, or leading trainings is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Review Leads in standards alignment, quality, and suitability reviews, including logistics, communications, and QA.
• Monitor reviewer progress and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and procedures.
• Evaluate submissions for inter-rater reliability and evidence quality; draft feedback and provide coaching.
• Validate inputs and ensure trackers reflect progress, scores, and flags before publisher release.
• Review publisher submissions for accuracy and compliance with pre-approval requirements; support corrections.
