Imagine Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to deliver engaging professional development for district and school teams. This role focuses on content-specific support, training, and guidance in implementing Imagine Learning’s learning programs across the customer lifecycle.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in education (Master’s preferred), 5+ years’ experience with blended/online learning, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with blended/online learning.
• Current teaching certification or prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fee-based, engaging presentations to districts and schools, in-person and virtual.
• Develop professional learning plans and support clients through their journey to renewal.
• Prepare sessions, verify account setup, outcomes, and travel expectations.
• Maintain customer records with summaries and next-step recommendations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales in a matrixed team.
• Foster a learning community to share best practices and grow skills.
