Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience in graphic/visual/editorial/layout roles.
• Portfolio shows editorial, poster, marketing or brand layouts.
• Proficient in typography, composition, color, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent written English for documenting observations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Annotate editorial, poster, marketing visuals using a defined framework.
• Analyze short video clips and describe composition, framing, movement, and flow.
• Deconstruct designs into underlying elements and layers.
• Document hierarchy, typography, spacing, and visual style via metadata.
• Create exemplar annotations establishing quality benchmarks.
• Identify edge cases and missing categories within the framework.
• Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and quality.
• Collaborate with project and quality teams to ensure consistency.
• Use design tools to inspect and structure layered files.
