Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Graphic Designers for editorial, poster and marketing layouts to support a design analysis and annotation project. You will apply typography, composition, and design systems to structure real-world assets for AI training.

The role involves annotating assets, analyzing layouts and hierarchy, and ensuring high-quality annotations while contributing to guidelines and reviews using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in graphic design, editorial, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, color and hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS, Canva or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Annotate editorial, poster, marketing and short video assets with precise design terms.
• Analyze layouts, typography, hierarchy, grids and visual composition.
• Create high-quality exemplar annotations and identify ambiguous cases.
• Help improve annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Review and process design files using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply knowledge of visual composition to relevant video assets.
