Job summary

KLDiscovery, a leading national eDiscovery provider, seeks Document Review Analysts for Cyber Incident Response projects. This remote, contingent role focuses on reviewing documents for PII/PHI and other sensitive data across Relativity, Canopy, and Nebula platforms.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (JD preferred) and 1+ year of cyber incident response experience. Must reside in the United States and be available for full-time hours on projects that vary in duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (eligible for $20/hour)
• JD preferred (eligible for $22/hour)
• 1+ year of experience with data breach or cyber incident response projects required
• Must reside in one of the listed US states (includes VA)
• Basic understanding of PII required; understanding of legal protections for sensitive data preferred
• Experience with medical billing/coding or familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Ability to recognize common number sequences (SSNs, DOBs, credit/bank accounts)
• Experience reviewing documents electronically using Relativity, Canopy, and Nebula

Responsibilities

• Review documents affected by a data breach for PII, PHI, and other key data points
• Identify required information in accordance with written and verbal instructions
• Meet coding accuracy and speed expectations
• Participate in required trainings and meetings
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with document handling standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership
• Accurately track and input hours
